As president of the Class Action Administration Division at A.B. Data, Tom oversees the business units and strategic functions of the Class Action Administration division. With more than 32 years of industry experience at the executive management level, Tom continues to lead A.B. Data to significant revenue growth. His integrity and honesty have earned the trust of many of the largest class action law firms in the country.
Under Tom’s direction the management team at A.B. Data ensures operational control and quality of service is implemented for every administration. A.B. Data now leads the industry in the administration of securities and antitrust cases due to the efficiencies of the online claims filing process and the digital payment system for consumers and entities. With his proven leadership and company growth strategies, the team has tripled the number of cases it manages annually.
Prior to joining A.B. Data in 2012, Tom served as Executive Vice President at Rust Consulting, Inc. While at Rust, he was part of the management team that doubled revenues. He was directly responsible for the firm’s East Coast operations, which included antitrust, consumer, and securities settlement administrations. He also served on the firm’s executive committee and leadership team.
His executive experience spans many industries and includes work as Chief Operating Officer of Celesq.com; President of PlasticLink.com; Chief Executive Officer of Mudrick Witt; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tearney & Tearney; Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Sierra Federal Savings and Loan, Beverly Hills, California; and Vice President-Operations and Vice President-Management Information Systems of Western States Import, Inc.
