Dawn Cody

Dawn Cody, Project Manager, started with A.B. Data in 2021, bringing over thirteen years of project management experience to the team. Dawn works on A.B. Data’s securities cases with Senior Project Manager, Adam Walter. The skills she has acquired along her career path have shaped her into an effective manager with the ability to oversee multiple complex securities cases at once, while supervising her team to complete the notice and payment distribution processes efficiently.

Dawn holds several notable achievements from her previous roles, such as creating new partnerships with third-party firms that saved her company $36,000 a year; successfully negotiating detailed contracts with attorneys; and improving double-check processes that reduced the time of regular work tasks by 25%. She is also self-taught in several website design and office software programs such as Adobe InDesign/Illustrator and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, which she uses to streamline her team’s regular tasks. A.B. Data’s Project Management team continues to benefit from Dawn’s performance excellence through the consistent satisfaction of her clients and her infectious work ethic among the Project Coordinators she oversees.

Prior to joining A.B. Data, Dawn was a marketing production manager with Heartland Advisors. Dawn is currently certified in Series 6, 63, and 65 of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
