Media Executive

Linda V. Young, Media Executive, advises the Media Department using her 10 years of experience as the VP of Media at A.B. Data on the direction, development, and implementation of media notice plans for A.B. Data’s clients. Linda is an expert in media planning using most forms of advertising including digital, print, and broadcast. She developed some of the first Court-approved Notice Plans using an all-digital approach for cases such as In re Vizio Consumer Privacy Litigation, In re Qualcomm Antitrust Litigation, and In re Google Inc. Street View Electronic Communications Litigation, among others. Her ability to create notice plans that efficiently extend reach and drive class member engagement and participation has made a significant impact across many types of administrations. Linda has developed and implemented national and international print, digital-, and earned-media notice plans for some of the industry’s leading pharmaceutical antitrust, consumer, commodities, and securities class action cases, including:

She has more than 22 years of general market and ethnic media advertising and media planning experience, having managed advertising for brands such as Georgia-Pacific, American Express, Denny’s, and Coca-Cola USA. During her tenure at Denny’s Restaurants, Linda was recognized with their Abrazo Achievers Award for her development of diversity marketing and advertising programs that were implemented at more than 1,600 of their company-owned and franchised restaurants. In her roles at Denny’s and Coca-Cola, Linda had direct oversight of annual budgets worth hundreds of millions of dollars. She directed a number of advertising agencies including general market creative, general market media, African-American, Hispanic, and international agencies. A member of the American Advertising Federation, she is also a former member of the board of the Atlanta Media Planners Association. Linda has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota.
