Shannon Swodzinski, Project Manager, joined A.B. Data in 2020 as a member of the Project Management team and was rapidly promoted to Project Manager in 2021. Shannon works with Vice President Justin Parks on A.B. Data’s labor and employment cases. Her primary responsibilities include reading and interpreting legal documents; creating layout designs of notices, websites, and case timelines; and being an integral communicator between clients and internal team members.
Shannon has a strong history of customer-facing communications and negotiations experience from her previous roles that she utilizes to help maintain clients’ trust with A.B. Data. She also has a background in data mining that she uses for identifying claimants and efficiently executing fund distributions. Hired initially as a Project Coordinator, Shannon uses this previous experience to train the newer Project Coordinators that she oversees, helping them set goals and plan their daily tasks more effectively.
Prior to joining A.B. Data, Shannon was a brand specialist with GMR Marketing. Shannon earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She is also proficient in Spanish and has translated some of A.B. Data’s notice documents and phone scripts.
