Caitlin Ripp

Caitlin Ripp, Project Manager, began working with A.B. Data in 2020, bringing over thirteen years of project management experience with her. Caitlin administers many of A.B. Data’s labor and employment cases while overseeing project coordinators and working directly with Vice President, Justin Parks. Caitlin is versatile, easy to work with, and always meets her clients’ needs while maintaining project deadlines.

Caitlin has an extensive background in portfolio management, having consistently managed multiple projects at once in her previous role. Caitlin has worked with clients ranging from individual claimants to large law firms, and from small businesses to million-dollar investors and retirement portfolios. She specializes in web design and programming, which she utilized to redesign and launch her previous company’s website. This relaunch increased the company’s revenue by nearly $10 million before she left.

Prior to working at A.B. Data, Caitlin was a System Analyst with Kohler Co. Caitlin speaks fluent Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts – Journalism Emphasis degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
